Information we handle
The project brief is processed in your browser and prepares a draft email in your own mail app. It is not submitted to or stored by this website. The site has no user accounts or customer database.
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, business details, existing website and project requirements. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
When you visit, ordinary technical request data may be processed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, request headers, requested pages, timestamps and security events.
How we use information
We use information only where needed to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project;
- provide services where you later choose to work with us;
- operate, maintain and secure the website; and
- meet legal, accounting or dispute-handling obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, the relevant basis may be taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with law, or our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and running a secure business website. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites manages this website's deployment and production routing. OpenAI may process limited technical service and log data needed to provide and operate that service. You can read the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects this website. Cloudflare may process technical request and security data on our behalf and may set the essential __cf_bm security cookie. You can read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Google Gmail handles messages sent to myclientflow@gmail.com. Google processes those messages under its own terms and privacy arrangements. You can read the Google Privacy Policy.
Instagram is an external service. If you follow our Instagram link, Meta receives information directly from your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your Instagram login details.
Retention and international processing
Email enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer you, manage a project, maintain appropriate business records or resolve an issue. How long that takes depends on the nature of the conversation and any later working relationship.
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so technical data or emails may be processed outside the UK. Where required, those providers use contractual and other safeguards for international data transfers. Their linked policies explain their arrangements in more detail.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain uses. You may also have a right to data portability and to complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email myclientflow@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. UK visitors can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights can be subject to lawful exceptions.
