Access for everyone

The web should work for more people.

Our accessibility target, the practical measures built into this site and the simplest way to tell us when something gets in your way.

Our commitment

We want people to be able to use myclientflow.app regardless of device, input method or access need. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time claim. We review the site as it changes and welcome specific feedback where the experience falls short.

What we do

The site is designed with:

  • semantic structure and a logical heading order;
  • keyboard access and visible focus indicators;
  • a skip link for bypassing repeated navigation;
  • responsive layouts that support small screens and zoom;
  • colour contrast intended to meet AA thresholds;
  • meaningful link text and text alternatives where needed; and
  • reduced-motion support for people who request it.

Known boundaries

We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA but do not claim that every page will work perfectly with every browser, device or assistive-technology combination. If we identify a barrier within our control, we will consider the impact and work towards a proportionate fix.

This site links to Instagram and may link to independently hosted project previews. We cannot control the accessibility of external services, but we still want to know when an external link creates a barrier to accessing essential information.

Report an accessibility problem

Email myclientflow@gmail.com if something is difficult to use or if you need information in a different format.

Please include the page address and a brief description of the problem. If you are comfortable doing so, telling us your browser, device or assistive technology can help us reproduce the issue. We will review your message and respond by email.
